Directions:
From Seattle: Take I-90 east to Exit 10,
Richards Rd. At the stoplight at the end of the offramp, turn left (northbound) and go
under the freeway. Continue northbound and turn right at the third stoplight onto SE 30th.
The gym is on the right about 3/4 of the way down the street (across from the US Post
Office Vehicle maintenance facility).
From Issaquah: Take I-90 west to Exit 11 (Eastgate). Follow
the offramp signs to the lane for 148th Ave. Turn left at the light at the end of the
offramp onto Eastgate Way. Stay on Eastgate Way and proceed westbound as it
parallels the freeway down the hill to the stoplight at Richards Rd. Turn right
(northbound) onto Richards Rd. Continue to the second stoplight and turn right
onto SE 30th. The gym is on the right about 3/4 of the way down the street
(across from the US Post Office Vehicle maintenance facility).
From Bothell/Kirkland: Take I-405 south to Exit 12 (SE
8th). Turn left at the light at the end of the offramp onto SE 8th. Stay on SE
8th and proceed eastbound to the stoplight at the Lake Hills Connector. Turn right (southbound) onto
the Lake Hills Connector. Continue to the first stoplight and bear right onto
Richards Road. Proceed southbound on Richards Road to SE 30th. Turn left onto SE
30th. The gym is on the right about 3/4 of the way down the street (across from
the US Post Office Vehicle maintenance facility).
From Tukwila/Renton: Take I-405 north to Exit 10 (Coal
Creek parkway). Turn right at the light at the end of the offramp onto Coal
Creek Parkway. Proceed eastbound to the third stoplight (Factoria Blvd). Turn
left (northbound) onto Factoria Blvd. Continue northbound past the Factoria
shopping center and under I-90 (the road becomes Richards Road at that point).
Stay on Richards Road to SE 30th. Turn right onto SE 30th. The gym is on
the right about 3/4 of the way down the street (across from the US Post Office
Vehicle maintenance facility).
